My work consistently blends technical depth with business acumen: I’ve led migration projects to microservices, reduced system downtimes, improved performance benchmarks, and mentored junior developers into strong contributors.
I’m fluent in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern cloud-native practices, with a solid grasp of CI/CD and DevOps principles. What defines my career isn’t just the tech stack, but my drive to turn complexity into simplicity and deliver stable, maintainable software that lasts.

Beyond the teams I worked with, I’ve taken the Agile message to wider communities—speaking at conferences and workshops, including Salesforce user groups in Romania, where I advocated for practical, value-driven Scrum practices.
